Parking lot Luna Rossa
The parking lot carved into the rock. The only one with the long stop.
Luna Rossa is located at the entrance to Amalfi, adjacent to the connecting tunnel to Atrani. It is an unattended multi-story parking lot with 170 stalls for cars and 30 for motorcycles and scooters.
WARNING. Cars powered by gas or methane, and vehicles taller than 2 meters cannot enter Luna Rossa.
Rates
Hourly rates
Beginning November 6, 2023, and ending December 26, 2023, as well as from January 8, 2024, to March 27, 2024
Car rates (non-residents) on all areas:
- 2 euros per hour, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- 1 euro per hour, from 4:01 p.m. to 8:59 a.m.
* To provide that car (non-resident) rates during the periods indicated, on all parking areas, limited to the daytime time slot, shall be increased by 1 euro per hour or fraction thereof, exclusively for the first two hours of use.
Beginning March 28, 2024 and ending November 5, 2024
Car rates (non-residents) on “outside” parking areas (i.e. Luna Rossa, Port Berma):
- 5 euros per hour, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- 4 euros per hour, from 7:01 p.m. to 8:59 a.m.
* to provide that car rates (non-residents), on all parking areas, limited to the time slot from 09:00 to 19:00, be increased by 2 euros per hour or fraction thereof, exclusively for the first two hours of use.
At the Luna Rossa parking lot, motorcycle rates are always equated with car rates.

The subsidized car fare is reserved for prepaid card holders, which can be issued to:
- residents;
- employees of public or private facilities located in the urban center of the Municipality of Amalfi;
- holders of commercial activities in the urban center;
- teachers of educational institutions located in the municipal area (Valid from Monday to Saturday, excluding the months of July and August);
- physicians, parasanitarians affiliated with Asl and/or Aias (Valid from Monday to Saturday);
- non-residents related by relationship up to the first degree with residents in the urban center of Amalfi;
- homeowners in the urban center of Amalfi.
LONG STAY
Long stay is a special rate, active at Luna Rossa, reserved for those who leave their car or motorcycle parked for one or more days.
Long parking rate for cars
Daily rate for long parking of cars in designated areas:
- Maundy Thursday to Nov. 3, Dec. 27 to Jan. 6, 40 euros per day;
- Nov. 4 to Dec. 26, Jan. 7 to March 27, 25 euros per day;
- August, 45 euros per day,
Long-stay rate for motorcycles
- Maundy Thursday to Nov. 3, Dec. 27 to Jan. 6, 16 euros;
- Nov. 4 to Dec. 26, Jan. 7 to March 27, 10 euros;
- August, 18 euros.
The ceck, in or out, is mandatory at 12 noon. If there is a difference from this time, the hours of parking in excess of the accrual of the long-stay rate at 12 noon will be paid according to the current hourly rate.
You can request to pay the long-stay rate for cars or motorcycles either when you arrive at the cashier, filling out the appropriate form, or on the first occasion you leave with your vehicle, handing in your ticket at the cashier, filling out the form and specifying that you will return. In this case, a “wild card” ticket is issued for use at the automatic entrance, which will allow re-entry into the parking lot.
Exit from Luna Rossa is allowed only for vehicles that are parked for more than one day. Those who use the service only for one day cannot do so; in case of exit they will pay for the used parking hours according to the hourly rate in force. Please note, the daily rate does not allow you to reserve, reserve or option a stall.
